Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LastList (“the App”) and the the LastList website at lastlistapp.com (the “Site”) handle information. LastList is developed and owned by Boston304 LLC doing business as Braatz Innovations (“we”, “our”, “us”).
1. App Privacy (Local-Only)
The LastList App is designed from the ground up to operate under a privacy-first, data-minimization architecture. The App does not require accounts, and list/planning data is stored locally on your device.
2. Information the App Does Not Collect
The App does not collect or store:
- Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
- User accounts or login credentials
- Payment data
- Precise GPS location
- Server-side copies of your lists or preferences
3. Data Stored Locally (App)
The following data is stored only on your device:
- Shopping lists
- Item suggestions you choose
- Planner selections
- UI preferences
- Locally cached product suggestions (when available)
Deleting the App or clearing storage permanently removes this data.
4. Website / Early Access Forms
The LastList Site (including the Early Access signup) may collect an email address if you voluntarily submit it. We use that email only to send occasional product updates or invite you to early access.
You can request deletion of your email by contacting us (see Contact section below).
5. Affiliate Links & Attribution (Website)
The Site may include outbound retailer links and may use affiliate attribution technology (for example, Impact) to measure referrals from links. This attribution is used to support development. We do not sell personal data.
6. Third-Party APIs (App)
The App may retrieve publicly available product data (titles, images, prices, UPCs, availability) from retailer APIs. We do not transmit your personal information (such as names/emails) to retailers as part of product lookups.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately after posting.
