These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LastList (“the App”), developed and owned by Boston304 LLC doing business as Braatz Innovations (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using LastList, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

LastList is a user-driven shopping-list and product-planning application that helps users organize, compare, and plan purchases across multiple retailers.

2. Local-Only Data Storage

Unless otherwise stated, list and planning data created in LastList is stored locally on your device. We do not store your lists in the cloud and cannot restore lost data.

3. Outbound Retailer Links & Affiliate Programs

The LastList website at lastlistapp.com and/or related pages may include outbound retailer links (for example, to supported integrations such as Kroger and Best Buy, and other retailers as they are added).

Some outbound links may be affiliate links. If you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change your price.

4. No Responsibility for Retailer Content

We are not responsible for retailer website accuracy, pricing changes, availability, shipping, delivery, or support.

5. Third-Party API Usage

LastList may fetch publicly available product data from official retailer APIs (titles, images, prices, availability). We do not transmit personal user data (names/emails) as part of product lookup requests.
